Complete Account Setup and Verification

Account Setup Process

Create Your Account

  • Visit shazpay.link/signup and click 'Get Started'
  • Enter your business email address
  • Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters)
  • Agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • Click 'Create Account'

Verify Your Email

  • Check your inbox for a verification email from ShazPay
  • Click the verification link (check spam folder if not found)
  • Return to ShazPay and log in with your credentials
  • Complete your profile with business information

Set Up Two-Factor Authentication

  • Go to Settings > Security in your dashboard
  • Click 'Enable Two-Factor Authentication'
  • Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  • Enter the verification code to confirm setup
  • Save your backup codes in a secure location

Setup Payment Processing

  • Click 'Setup Payments' in your dashboard
  • Complete the secure payment onboarding process
  • Provide business information and tax details
  • Upload required documents for verification
  • Wait 1-2 business days for approval

To comply with financial regulations and ensure secure transactions, our payment processor requires verification of your business and identity. Here's what you'll need:

Business Information

  • Legal business name and structure
  • Business address and phone number
  • Tax identification number (EIN/SSN)
  • Industry and business description
  • Website URL (if applicable)

Identity Verification

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
  • Business registration documents (if applicable)
  • Articles of incorporation (for corporations)
  • Operating agreement (for LLCs)

Banking Information

  • Business bank account details
  • Routing and account numbers
  • Bank statement (recent)
  • Void check or bank letter
  • Account ownership verification

Security Best Practices

Use a strong, unique password
